Data we collect
When opening an account, we collect:
- Personal information: name, date of birth, nationality, address, identity document / passport, FATCA/CRS information, bank details, occupation, PEP status
- Financial information: income, source of funds, investment objectives
- Verification documents: passport, utility bills, bank statements
- Public sources and risk databases (e.g. World Check)
Minors
CDJ Social Stocks Ltd does not collect personal data from minors (persons under 18 years of age).
Legal bases for processing
- Performance of contract (provision of investment services)
- Legal obligations (MiFID II, AML/CFT, FATCA, MAR, Cypriot law)
- Legitimate interests (litigation defence, fraud prevention, product development)
Data recipients
- Regulatory authorities (CySEC, MOKAS, criminal authorities)
- External advisors (auditors, lawyers, consultants) under confidentiality agreements

No automated decisions are made for account opening. Profiling is used for:
