1. General
These Guidelines form part of the Client-Goliaths Agreement and govern the use of the platform's social features. In the event of a conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. Profile picture and biography
The following are prohibited:
- Including URL links to other websites in your biography
- Using inappropriate language or images (profanity, violence, nudity, racism, hate speech, abuse, self-harm)
- Impersonating other people or creating inauthentic profiles
3. Inappropriate behaviour
Spam
- Repeated identical posts
- Off-topic content or content that artificially disrupts discussions
- Reporting bugs in public comments
Misinformation
- Sharing false, manipulated or unverified information
- False claims about one's investment capabilities
4. Inappropriate content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual or explicit content
- Content that is harmful to the personal data or devices of other users
- Any content that constitutes a criminal or civil offence
5. Trolling
Deliberately provoking conflicts or humiliating other community members is prohibited.
6. Threats, harassment and intimidation
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Violence, racism, promotion of hatred
- Abuse, promotion of self-harm
- Unsolicited sexual comments
- Threats, intimidation and indecent behaviour
7. Advertising and solicitation
Promoting other businesses, services or commercial content via referral links or any other form of unauthorised advertising is prohibited.
8. Market manipulation and insider trading
The following are prohibited:
- Sharing direct investment advice or non-public information
- Making false promises of returns
- Encouraging or coordinating market manipulation
9. Privacy and intellectual property
- Sharing personal or confidential information about third parties (addresses, phone numbers, passwords, identity documents) is prohibited
- Infringing intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks) is prohibited
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension or permanent deletion of your account. Goliaths reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time.
